Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 3 September 2026
Welcome to Predictive Systems, Inc. (“PSI”). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our website. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to handling your personal data with care and transparency.
This policy is written in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Who we are
Predictive Systems, Inc. is the Personal Information Controller for the data described in this policy.
- Address: Unit 3006 One Corporate Centre Bldg., Julia Vargas Ave., Ortigas Center, San Antonio 1605, City of Pasig, NCR, Philippines

What this website collects
This website uses analytics cookies. Until 3 September 2026 it used none at all, and an earlier version of this page said so. That is no longer true, and this section says what changed.
We measure how the site is used in two ways.
Google Analytics (added 3 September 2026) tells us which pages are read, how people arrive, and whether they come back. It runs only if you agree. On your first visit we ask, and until you accept, nothing is requested from Google and no cookie is set — the tag is not merely held back, it is not loaded at all. If you accept, it stores two cookies in your browser, _ga and _ga_WMX5JEMLGL, which last up to two years. They hold a randomly generated identifier. That identifier lets Google recognise the same browser on a later visit and group a series of page views into a single session, which is precisely what the cookieless measurement below cannot do. Google Analytics is operated by Google LLC in the United States, and Google processes what it collects under its own terms as well as ours. This site runs no advertising and we sell nothing about you, but Google Analytics is part of Google’s advertising infrastructure, and we will not claim an isolation from it that we cannot enforce.
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, referring sites, countries and device types. It sets no cookies and does not fingerprint your browser or device, so it cannot recognise you on a return visit or link one visit to another. There is no individual to identify in what it collects.
You can change your mind at any time. “Cookie Settings”, at the foot of every page, reopens the choice. Declining after having accepted stops any further collection immediately; the cookies already stored are yours to clear in your browser, and deleting them removes what links your past visits together. Refusing changes nothing about how the site works for you — there is no feature behind the banner.
If you would rather not rely on us, you can also block or delete the two cookies in your browser settings, browse in private mode, or install Google’s own opt-out extension.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is not behind the banner and has nothing to opt out of, because there is nothing in it that identifies you.
One other script runs, on the contact page only: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person rather than a machine. That check may place a short-lived token in your browser. It is used for that and nothing else, and it runs on no other page.
We collect personal information in only two circumstances:
- When you send it to us deliberately — through the contact form, an Academy application, or a newsletter signup. You choose what to put in those fields.
- Automatically, in the technical records our hosting provider keeps — including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. These are ordinary server records, used to keep the site available and to stop abuse. They are not linked to your identity and are not used for marketing.
What we do with it
- To respond to you. If you contact us or apply to the Academy, we use your details to reply and to carry out what you asked for.
- To send the newsletter, if you asked for it, and only until you ask us to stop.
- To keep the site working and secure, including blocking automated abuse.
- To meet legal obligations, where the law requires it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use it to train AI models.
Who processes your information
We use the following providers. Each processes personal data on our instructions and is bound to protect it.
| Provider | What it does | What it sees | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosts the website; provides security and anti-spam (Turnstile); provides cookieless analytics | Your IP address, browser type, pages requested; form submissions in transit | United States and its global network |
| Google LLC | Provides Google Analytics, which measures how the site is used | Your IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, how you reached the site, and the identifier stored in the _ga cookies |
United States |
| Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) | Delivers form submissions to us by email; holds the newsletter list | Your name, email address, and anything you typed into the form | United States |
| Sanity.io (Sanity AS) | Stores the articles published on this site | No visitor data | European Union and United States |
Cloudflare’s anti-spam check may place a short-lived token in your browser to confirm you are not an automated system. It is used only for that check.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Transfers outside the Philippines
The providers above operate outside the Philippines, so your information is processed abroad. We remain accountable for it under the Data Privacy Act, and we contract with each provider on terms requiring them to protect it.
Newsletter
Newsletter signup is optional and separate from any other form. We ask for your email address only, and we send occasional updates about PSI’s work.
By subscribing you consent to receiving those emails. You can withdraw that consent at any time. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link, and you can email [email protected] instead if you prefer. Unsubscribing removes your address from the list; we do not keep a record of you having unsubscribed beyond what is needed to honour it.
We do not add anyone to the newsletter for having used the contact form.
How long we keep it
| Information | Retained for |
|---|---|
| Contact and Academy enquiries | 24 months from your last contact, then deleted |
| Newsletter subscription | Until you unsubscribe |
| Hosting technical records | As long as our hosting provider keeps them, currently up to 30 days |
| Google Analytics records | 14 months from your last visit, then deleted by Google |
The _ga analytics cookies in your browser |
Up to 2 years, unless you delete them sooner |
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your personal data is processed.
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Erase or block your data where processing has no lawful basis, or where you withdraw consent.
- Object to processing, including direct marketing.
- Data portability — obtain a copy of your data in a usable format.
- Damages where you have suffered because your rights were violated.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period.
You also have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph, [email protected]) if you believe your rights have been infringed.
Security
We implement reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. The site is served as static files with no database and no administrative login on this domain, which removes the most common routes of attack. However, no transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-party links
Our website contains links to third-party sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any change will be posted on this page, and the date of the latest revision shown at the top.
